The first time you access the Remind CGI it will ask you for an Administration password. This is so that you can change the settings of the CGI, view, change or delete the emails and initiate sending an email to each of the addresses but more about that in a moment.

When the user (visitor) has filled in their email address and clicked on the 'Submit' button, the Remind.exe CGI will store the users email address in a file and then return the user to your webpage (or any URL that you require). You can view the email addresses at any time by accessing the Remind.exe CGI program yourself adding /Admin to the end of the URL.
