All fields will be combined to one single email-message and send off. The client (who filled in the online-form) obtains any HTML-document you want as response. CGIMachine - FORMVAR has to be installed only once on your server for handling as many different online-forms as you want at one time. This allows the saving of processortime and serverspace.

All important parameters can be configured with a configuration software which is delivered along with the FORMVAR-application. The parameters can also be set directly through hidden input fields in the HTML-document.

The actual date/time and automatical numbering might be added to the email-subject. For your own security the allowed target email-adresses might be defined so that no other webmaster misuse Formvar on your server for his own advantage.
