The first time you access the Comments CGI it will ask you for an Administration password. This is so that you can change the settings of the CGI but more about that in a moment. When the user (visitor) has filled in the single Comments field and clicked on the 'Submit' button, the Comments.exe CGI will store the users text in a file and if you have set it up, it will email the users text to you! You can view the Comments at any time by accessing the Comments.exe CGI program yourself adding /View to the end of the URL This is called a 'switch' so you activate the Comments CGI with the View switch. You can either type this into the 'address' field of your browser manually or you can make a link somewhere in your HTML. When you attempt to 'View' the comments you will be asked for a password and you cannot view the comments unless you have this password. The password is set in the 'Administration' mode of the Comments CGI. To access the Administration mode of the Comments CGI you need to activate the CGI with the /Admin switch, when you do this you will be asked for the Administration password (the one that you had to enter the first time you accessed the Comments CGI program) when you have entered this password you will be able to change all of the settings of the Comments CGI including the View password.
